The Joint Service Function is an area within Regionservice, tasked with delivering services in the areas of finance, HR, and customer service. Together, we are one of Sweden's largest administrative service centers with about 400 employees. Our vision is to make a difference and be perceived as a leading actor that creates the best value. The Provider Service is responsible for the administration of reimbursements, support, and assistance regarding systems for external and internal providers in Region Skåne. A large part of the unit's mission is to support providers in various administrative questions regarding regulations, systems, contracts, and reimbursements. The work also includes handling the reimbursements that are paid to providers for contracted care. Currently, about 25 employees work in the unit.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We offer you a job with great variety, with many points of contact and stimulating tasks. You will primarily work with daily support for healthcare providers, clients, and colleagues via phone and email regarding matters related to contracts, regulations, and reimbursements. The work takes place in IT systems such as WebPriva, Pasis, Raindance, 1177, Skånekatalogen, and Qlikview. Additionally, you will be involved in our development work in the unit by identifying, continuously working on, and forwarding improvement suggestions.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are now looking for someone who has a completed high school education and good IT skills, preferably with experience working in multiple systems simultaneously. The position also requires proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. A university degree and previous experience working in public administration is considered an advantage. Since you will largely be working with Region Skåne's partners and suppliers in this role, prior knowledge of these is beneficial. It is also desirable to have experience with the systems used in the unit, such as WebPriva, Pasis, Raindance, 1177, Skånekatalogen, and Qlikview. Furthermore, we would like you to have previous experience and knowledge of interpreting contracts and invoice management.
